The Grove Guesthouse is located on a major road overlooking Pannett Park in Whitby.  It boasts seven guest rooms and a self contained, fully equipped, basement level apartment. Purposely built as a guesthouse in 1904, some of the original features remain, however, other parts of the house have been modernised.  Whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests, the period features that remain may make access difficult for people with limited mobility. The car park is situated at the rear of the property and is an elevated aspect. Thus, there are steps to reach the rear entrance. The front entrance is accessible via steps. Our guest rooms are located over two floors. All of our guest rooms are en-suite and there are three situated on the first floor and four located on the second floor. The rear entrance of the property takes you directly to the first floor of the house, allowing easier access for those with limited mobility. We welcome assistance dogs.
